These terms govern the use of the boutique-demonslayer.com website. They concern the site itself: browsing it, your customer account, the content published on it. Everything to do with buying is covered by our Terms of sale.
By using this site, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Website publisher
The site is published by Boutique Demon Slayer, a French sole trader, and hosted by Shopify International Limited. The full identification details appear in our Legal notice.
Access to the site
The site is free to access. Your connection costs remain yours.
We do our best to keep it available at all times, without being able to guarantee it. It may be interrupted for maintenance, an update, a technical fault, or something beyond our control. These interruptions give no right to compensation.
We may alter, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site, including a feature or a page, without notice.
Customer account
You do not have to create an account to order. If you open one, you undertake to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for what is done from your account. Tell us without delay if you notice any use you did not authorise.
We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, fraud, or plainly abusive use of the site.
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to us. How long your data is kept is set out in our Privacy policy.
Using the site
The site is intended for personal use. You undertake not to:
- systematically extract or reproduce its content, in particular by automated scraping, robot or script;
- attempt to reach non-public parts of the site, our servers, or other users' accounts;
- disrupt how it works, overload it, or introduce anything malicious into it;
- get around a security measure or an access restriction;
- present yourself under a false identity, or place an order on someone else's behalf without their agreement.
Site content
The text, photographs, images, layouts, logos and code of the site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or exploitation without our written agreement is forbidden, under articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
You may read, print or share a page for your own personal use, and quote a short extract provided you name the source and link back to the original page.
The items sold on the site are inspired by the world of Kimetsu no Yaiba. Boutique Demon Slayer is not affiliated with any of the rights holders of the work. See our Legal notice.
Accuracy of information
We take particular care over our item descriptions and over the editorial content of the site. A mistake, an omission or a piece of information that has gone out of date nevertheless remains possible.
A mistake on a product page does not oblige us to sell the item on plainly wrong terms: this situation is dealt with in our Terms of sale.
The guides and pages devoted to the series are published for information. They are not an official source on the work.
Links to other websites
The site may link to websites we do not publish. We have no control over their content and we are not answerable for what you find there. Visiting them is entirely at your own risk.
Liability
We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the site contrary to these terms, from an interruption of service, or from an outside factor such as a failure of your connection or your equipment.
Nothing in these terms reduces the rights the law gives you as a consumer, in particular the legal guarantees set out in our Terms of sale.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you use the site. The date it was last updated appears at the top.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution, if need be through the consumer mediation described in our Terms of sale. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, it being specified that you keep the right to bring the matter before the court of the place where you live.
