Doma was born incapable of feeling anything at all, and he built a cult around this absence: he would console his followers before devouring them. His breath turns his blood into ice and freezing mist, a weapon that fills the room instead of aiming at a target. His battle against Shinobu and Kanao is one of the cruelest in the series.
