Six-design side wraps, die-cut Inosuke sticker and trio as cats sunshade, Demon Slayer products from the shop

Demon Slayer car accessories

In short

The car range has twenty-seven Demon Slayer accessories: twenty-three 130 × 70 cm windscreen sunshades, at €39.90 for the humorous scenes and €44.90 for the collages, two stickers from €14.90, a pair of side stickers at €69.90 and a full wrap for both sides at €139.90. The sunshade goes up in a few seconds, with the car parked; the stickers and the wrap need clean bodywork and a little patience.

In a supermarket car park, all cars look alike. Yours, with the Demon Slayer trio turned into cats behind the windscreen, can be spotted from afar and makes passers-by smile. An Inosuke sticker shouting at cars to back off, a baby Nezuko on the rear window, and every journey becomes a little nod to the series.

This guide reviews the range’s twenty-seven accessories: the sunshades, the stickers, the side stickers and the wrap, with how to fit them and the rules to follow on the road. Our other buying tips are on the shop’s guides and tips page, and our Demon Slayer merchandise guide presents every range.

Which Demon Slayer accessories for your car?

It all depends on how much personalisation you want. The sunshade is only seen when the car is parked, and is put away in one movement. The sticker stays in place, but only covers a few centimetres. The side stickers and the wrap transform the whole car.

Accessory Format Price
Sunshade, humorous scenes 130 × 70 cm, thirteen models 39,90 €

From sunshade to wrap

A sunshade is put away in one movement, a wrap transforms the whole car: choose according to time and inclination.

Why dress your car in Demon Slayer colours?

A car spends a lot of time parked, in the sun, in a car park or on a street. That is when it is most on show, and when a Demon Slayer sunshade makes its impact: behind the windscreen, the trio as cats or the Hashira collage can be seen from the whole row. On your return, the interior is also less hot, which is no small thing in high summer.

The series lends itself well to it. Its characters are recognised by their colours and patterns, even from afar, even small: Tanjiro’s green chequers, Zenitsu’s yellow triangles, Inosuke’s boar mask. A sticker of a few centimetres is enough to let other fans know they are not alone on the road, and sometimes starts a conversation in a car park, between two fans who recognise each other.

And it is a way to make everyday journeys a little lighter. In the morning, before work or school, coming across Inosuke shouting at cars to back off on your own tailgate always raises a smile. The Demon Slayer decor collection extends the idea to the home.

Sunshades: how they go in

The range’s twenty-three sunshades share the same format, 130 × 70 cm, in a single piece of non-woven polyester, matt and glare-free, printed over its whole outer surface. A notch at the top lets the rear-view mirror mount through.

Fitting takes a few seconds: unfold the panel on the inside, wedge it behind the windscreen and fold the car’s two sun visors down over it. Nothing to assemble, nothing to clip, no tools needed, and no suction cups that come unstuck in the heat or leave marks on the glass. On your return, it folds to the thickness of a magazine and slips into the door pocket or the boot. Non-woven polyester does not mind folds or the heat of the dashboard, and the design stays bright summer after summer.

A metre thirty suits most city cars and compacts, and covers most of the surface on a saloon. To be sure, measure the width of your windscreen rather than relying on the car’s model: two vehicles of the same size can have very different openings. Care comes down to a damp cloth wiped over the printed side.

Humorous sunshades

Thirteen sunshades, at €39.90, show the characters in funny or tender scenes, often in chibi form. The most successful turns the trio into cats walking in profile on a green background: a yellow cat with a triangle-patterned coat for Zenitsu, a ginger cat with green chequers for Tanjiro, a black cat with a scowl for Inosuke. The faces stay recognisable under the whiskers.

Inosuke Hashibira, both hands pressed to his boar mask with big blue eyes, drawn in comic style, season 1, Demon Slayer

The others play in the same register. The trio as monkeys, the trio at the table, the chibis as sumo wrestlers, Inosuke with his mouth full, Inosuke and Zenitsu angry or at night, Nezuko and Inosuke, Tanjiro and Zenitsu, the trio in white uniform, in front of a fence or under a blue sky, Nezuko and Tanjiro surrounded by hearts. These scenes take up the humour of the short comic segments that end the anime’s episodes. On the one where Inosuke has his mouth full, you find the boy who throws himself at food as he would at an opponent; on the sumo one, the three grapple in chibi form, round bellies and puffed cheeks. Enough to make the children on the back seat laugh before you even set off.

Tanjiro stays focused, Zenitsu panics, Inosuke looks for a challenge: the contrast between the three is what makes these drawings funny. Our article on the Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke trio tells of their friendship, and the complete Inosuke Hashibira collection brings together the boar boy’s range.

Collage sunshades

Ten sunshades, at €44.90, bring together many characters in a single collage, over the whole surface. On a forest background, Tanjiro holds the centre, sword drawn, looking straight ahead, surrounded by Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke under his boar’s head and other smaller figures, in front of a dark forest pierced by shafts of light.

Tanjiro Kamado, a determined look and his face scratched, his wooden box on his back, on the night of Mount Natagumo, season 1, Demon Slayer

The others vary the collage in colours: pale pink, pastel, gold, purple, dark, blue and red, in flames, or with the logo on a yellow background. One model dresses the characters in everyday clothes, for those who like to see them in our time, in hoodies, jackets and parkas, as if they had just parked their car next to yours. These are the busiest sunshades, the ones most noticed from afar. On a collage, you can easily spend several minutes looking for your favourite character: a ready-made game for children waiting in the car.

The illustration is printed on the outer side: it is seen from the pavement that the collage takes on its full scale, with its dozens of faces to spot one by one, from the largest to the smallest. To choose, think of the colour of your car: a dark collage on a black car, a pastel or pale pink collage on a white car, and the windscreen extends the bodywork. Our page on all the Demon Slayer characters will help you recognise everyone on the collages.

Stickers for the window and the bodywork

Two stickers from €14.90 are for those who want a permanent sign, discreet and funny. The first is a die-cut vinyl sticker: Inosuke under his boar mask, leaning on his elbow, index finger pointing forward, and a speech bubble shouting “TOO CLOSE!” in thick capitals, readable from the car behind: a reminder about safe distances, Inosuke style, as he cannot stand being followed too closely. It comes in 15 × 8.4 cm for a rear window or a pillar, and in 25 × 14 cm for a tailgate or a bumper.

Choose the colour according to the surface: white for dark bodywork, black for light bodywork. White disappears on a white car, black on a tinted window. The cut follows the outline of the drawing, so that once applied, the sticker looks as if it had been drawn directly on the metal.

The second is a reflective sticker of about 18 cm, in four designs sold separately: a chibi character lying on their front above the words “BABY On Board”, the top word in their colour, green for Tanjiro, yellow for Zenitsu, pink for Nezuko, blue for Inosuke. Two children on board, two stickers side by side, each with their own character. It also goes on a helmet, a bike frame or a scooter, anywhere a smooth, non-porous surface takes it. Nezuko, the little sister Tanjiro carries on his back in her box, is a natural choice for a little girl, and the complete Nezuko Kamado collection brings together the rest of her range.

Dressing the sides: stickers and wrap

To go further, two products transform the car’s sides. The pair of bodywork stickers, at €69.90, covers the front door and spills over onto the wing, without dressing the whole side. Five compositions: Tanjiro and Zenitsu surrounded by blue water and flames, Rengoku in an orange blaze, the Hashira who held out all night on the Mugen Train, Tanjiro alone on a background of red fire, Zenitsu with his sword raised in purple swirls, Zenitsu crouching in yellow lightning. At this size, fitting can be done alone in about an hour, and the original colour stays visible all around. A ringed red ideogram completes most of the designs, like a seal stamped on the door.

Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Hashira, smiling, her pink braids turning green, in a room at headquarters, Demon Slayer

The wrap, at €139.90, covers both sides along their whole length, doors and wings included, with two different panels, each oriented so the characters face forward. Make sure you identify the left side and the right side before fitting: fitted the wrong way round, a character ends up facing the back of the car, and it is immediately noticeable. Six compositions: Mitsuri and Obanai on one side with Nezuko and Tanjiro on the other, Nezuko under pink flowering branches, Kanao surrounded by butterflies, Tanjiro and a blue water dragon, the whole group under golden wisteria, Shinobu in purple swirls. The duo of Mitsuri and Obanai, two Hashira who loved each other without saying so, makes a particularly successful side for a couple of fans.

The wrap is fitted by two people, on degreased bodywork, with a squeegee, pushing the bubbles from the centre towards the edges; the cut-outs around the handles and wheel arches are trimmed with a craft knife. If you are not comfortable doing it, a wrap professional will take care of it. The characters’ ranges are the complete Mitsuri Kanroji collection, the complete Tanjiro Kamado collection and the complete Zenitsu Agatsuma collection.

Fitting a sticker or a wrap properly

Preparation is everything. Wash the surface, dry it, then degrease it with household alcohol or a product designed for bodywork: car wash wax prevents adhesion, and a sticker applied to waxed metal comes off within a few weeks.

Fit in mild weather, neither in full sun nor in the cold, on a surface at room temperature: below about ten degrees, the glue grips badly, and in full sun the vinyl becomes too soft to position cleanly. Position the sticker with a piece of tape to check the spot, then remove the backing paper gradually while smoothing with a squeegee or a card, from the centre towards the edges. For the wrap, work as a pair, panel by panel.

Let the glue set for a day or two before taking the car through a car wash. To remove a sticker later, a blast from a hairdryer softens the glue and lets you peel it off without damaging the paint. Any remaining glue marks come off with a cloth and a little household alcohol, before a final wash.

Degrease before sticking

Car wash wax prevents adhesion: always degrease the surface before fitting a sticker or a wrap.

Safety and the rules of the road

The sunshade is only put up with the car parked, and is removed before driving off: it covers the whole windscreen. Fold it into the door pocket before setting off. Get into the habit of always putting it in the same place, so it does not slide under a seat and get in the way of the pedals.

Stickers never go on the windscreen or the front windows, which must stay clear for the driver’s visibility. On the rear window, keep them small and in a corner, without blocking the view in the rear-view mirror. The reflective sticker, for its part, reflects headlights at night, and is more noticeable in the dark than an ordinary sticker.

For the wrap, find out about the rules in force: in France, a wrap that changes a vehicle’s dominant colour may require the registration certificate to be updated. A partial covering, like the pair of side stickers, leaves the original colour visible all around the design.

Which accessory for whom?

For a young driver who loves the series, the sunshade is the ideal gift: it is used all summer, protects the interior from the heat and makes friends laugh in the school or university car park. For parents who want to signal a child on board, the reflective sticker with the child’s favourite character does the same job as a classic sticker, but prettier.

To celebrate passing a driving test, a sunshade with the new driver’s favourite character goes well with the first outings, and brings back good memories at every stop. For a fan who wants a car no one forgets, the side stickers or the wrap are the centrepiece. And for a small gift to slip into a glovebox, the €14.90 Inosuke sticker always makes an impression. For a driver who drives a lot at night, the reflective sticker is both a nod and a plus for being seen. Our guide to Demon Slayer stickers, patches and pins and the one on Demon Slayer wallets and key rings complete the ideas, a key ring for the car keys for example.

For long holiday journeys, a sunshade put up at each stop at the motorway services keeps the car cooler during the break, and the children find their characters again when they come back. The children in the back will not miss out: our page Demon Slayer for children, a guide by age gathers other ideas for long journeys.
