Shinobu Kocho spends months preparing her own body by absorbing wisteria-based poison. Her plan is for Doma to poison himself by devouring her, as she knows she cannot decapitate him through brute strength alone. In Demon Slayer, this strategy turns her very body into a weapon and extends everything she has developed around poison to compensate for her limited physical power.
