Techniques named after fireworks

Akaza is the Upper Rank Three, and his techniques bear the names of fireworks. This detail refers to his human past as Hakuji and the life he was meant to build with Koyuki before becoming a demon. In Demon Slayer, his spectacular attacks therefore conceal an older history, while the blue lines covering his body make his silhouette immediately recognizable.

The model is an indoor mule: closed toe, backless, no straps. The upper is made of all-over printed fabric, stretched over a rounded shape that leaves room for the toes. The inner lining is soft and a solid grey that won't bleed onto light-colored socks. The foam sole is about two centimeters thick at the heel and thins toward the front. Ten sizes, from 36-37 to 54-55, with a regular fit from one size to the next. The upper is assembled without elastic, so nothing stretches over time, and the mule retains the same shape after six months as it had on the first day.

Hand wash in lukewarm water, avoiding the washing machine, which can peel the assembly seam. The printed upper can be dabbed with mild soap, and the sole can be brushed. Dry flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight, as the pattern color holds better in the shade. Airing out the slippers between days is enough to prevent the odor that any closed lining can develop.
