Discover this Muichiro Demon Slayer LEGO katana - 101 cm once built, designed for a shelf, a wall and a building activity. This Demon Slayer LEGO set includes interlocking pieces, a 101-centimetre assembled blade, a separate scabbard, a display stand, a diagram instruction booklet and assembly with no glue or tools.

The blade reaches one hundred and one centimeters once assembled, making it the longest piece in the range. It features a white and very light blue finish, a golden floral tsuba (guard), and the black scabbard is assembled separately.

A Hashira at fourteen, in two months

Muichiro Tokito became a Hashira just two months after touching a sword for the first time, at age fourteen. No other character's progress in the story matches this pace, which is explained in part by an ancestry he himself is unaware of: he is a descendant of a Sun Breathing user from the Sengoku era. The existing Hashira actually took some time to take him seriously.

Yet the character spends half the story elsewhere: staring out the window during meetings, forgetting his interlocutors' names in an instant, and giving the impression of an indifferent boy. This amnesia stems from the death of his twin brother Yuichiro, who was killed in front of him while they were living alone on a mountain.

Assembly by bags, stand included

Assembly is done using numbered bags, following the manual's order, and the blade is built in sections that connect to one another. The pieces used are thin, only a few millimeters, which allows for the creation of curves and a tight stepped handle pattern rather than blocky shapes. The principle remains that of a classic LEGO set, just finer.

A piece of this length is handled with both hands, held flat, and rests on its stand rather than being brandished: the elements hold together by interlocking, and a sharp knock is enough to detach a section. Allow for several hours of assembly and a workspace where the pieces won't roll away. The finish is dusted with a dry cloth, as water can seep between the elements, and the whole thing can be taken apart and rebuilt as many times as you like, which distinguishes it from a molded replica. The stand provided is also built in LEGO and holds the blade flat or at an angle, with or without the scabbard beside it, depending on the space available on the shelf. The longest blade in the range, for the youngest Hashira.
